Privacy Policy

Who we are

NexGen IT (“we”, “us”) is a chatbot and AI automation business run by Jaffer Haadi in Jhang, Punjab, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ngit.pk, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at haadijaffer757@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92-312-6549757.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
• Project requirements form: the details you enter about your business and the bot you want, your contact details, and any files you choose to attach.
• Booking a call: the name, email and time you give when you book a demo call.
• AI chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat window on the site, and any contact details you share in them.
• WhatsApp, email and phone: if you message or call us, we receive your number or address and what you tell us.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider and network services see your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver the work you ask for.
• To schedule and run demo calls.
• To answer questions through the AI chat assistant.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of providers to run the site. They handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Web3Forms delivers the project requirements form to our inbox.
• Our own dashboard server (app.ngit.pk) handles call bookings and the AI chat assistant. The assistant may pass your chat messages to an AI model provider to generate replies.
• Hosting and network providers (including Spaceship for hosting and Cloudflare for traffic delivery and security) serve the site.
• Content delivery services (such as Google Fonts and jsDelivr) load fonts and code libraries, and so receive your IP address when your browser fetches them.

Some of these providers are located outside Pakistan, so your information may be processed in other countries.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store small technical items (for example, to remember a setting) to make the site work. Third-party services we link to, such as WhatsApp or Fiverr, have their own cookie rules.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we need it to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (for example, to answer follow-up questions or to keep project records). You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing haadijaffer757@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time. If you are in a region with data-protection law (such as the EU, UK or Pakistan), you may have additional rights, and you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or payment card numbers through the contact form or chat.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Our apps

Our mobile apps have their own privacy policies: Xpense and Mytiv. Where they differ from this policy, the app policy applies to that app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
