About these terms

These terms apply to your use of ngit.pk and to the chatbot, AI automation and related services provided by NexGen IT (“we”, “us”), run by Jaffer Haadi in Jhang, Punjab, Pakistan. By using the site or ordering our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

We design and build chatbots and automations for platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Instagram and web chat, and offer related services such as broadcast campaigns, AI features and ongoing maintenance. The plans and starting prices shown on the site (Starter, Professional, Premium and the monthly retainer) are a guide. The exact scope, price and timeline for your project are agreed with you before work starts.

Quotes, delivery and revisions

• Prices on the site are “starting from” prices. The final price depends on the scope we agree with you.
• Delivery times shown for each plan are estimates and start once we have the details and materials we need from you. Delays in your feedback or content can move the date.
• Each plan includes the number of revisions listed on the site. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Payment

Payment amounts, the payment method and the schedule (for example, any upfront amount) are agreed in writing before work starts. If you order through a marketplace such as Fiverr, that platform’s payment terms also apply.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the agreement for your project. If you order through a marketplace such as Fiverr, that platform’s refund and dispute rules apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with the work so we can try to put it right.

What we need from you

You agree to give us accurate information, to have the right to use any content, data and brand material you send us, and to use the bots we build lawfully. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms the bot runs on (for example, WhatsApp’s business and messaging policies) and for any consent you need from the people your bot messages.

Third-party platforms and costs

Our bots depend on services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, AI model providers and bot-building platforms. Their fees, limits, outages and policy changes can affect how a bot works. Their usage fees are separate from our fees unless we agree otherwise in writing.

AI features

AI-powered bots can give incorrect or incomplete answers. You are responsible for reviewing how your bot is set up and for the information you give it. We recommend a way for customers to reach a human where it matters.

Ownership

Once a project is fully paid for, you own the content you supplied and the bot flows and configuration we built for you, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We keep ownership of our general know-how, tools and templates, and we may reuse them for other clients. Unless you tell us not to, we may mention that you are a client and describe the work in general terms in our portfolio.

Confidentiality

We treat the business information you share with us for a project as confidential and use it only to do the work. See our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or overload it, access it without permission, or copy its content or design without our written consent. The NexGen IT name, logo and the text, images and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission.

Our responsibility

We work carefully, but we provide the site and our services “as they are” without promising they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a bot will produce a particular amount of sales or leads. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit or lost business), and our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change does not affect a project we have already agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking it through will be dealt with by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
